| Background and Objectives:Pulmonary artery hypertension(PAH) is a co-pathological process of many cardiopneumatic vascular diseases. It develops quickly which can aggravate right cardiac load, make left heart insufficient and result in cardiac failure at last.Even life is threated without appropriate treatments. In normal newborn, the cardiovascular system not yet consummate , elastic fibers in vessel walls lesser, then neonatal heart rate and blood flow rate quicker than adult which make it sensitive to hypoxemia and some nerrohumor incentives. According to statistics, when SaO2 < 75 %, 95.4 % of patients will have PAH. In this complicate physiological transition process from fetal circulation to adult circulation, augmented contractile response and re-establishment in blood vessel can make pulmonary arterial pressure increased because of the disease of lung, blood vessel and heart. The atypical clinical manifestations bring the difficulty in diagnosis in neonate, which increases the fatality in perinatal time. The research is mainly to exploreâ‘ the alteration in neonatal heart functional parameter of different etiological factors(neonatal asphyxia, pneumonia of newborn, congenital heart disease )monitored by echocardiogram;â‘¡the difference of effects of phentolamine... |
