Obective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of MSCTA in arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower limb. Methods : 60 cases clinically suspected as arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower limb were performed CT and 30cases performde DSA angiography, They clinically were performed enhanced 4--slice spiral CT,slice thickness 3mm,overlap 1.5mm ,pitch 1.25--1.75mm,slice width1100--1200mm,the volume of contrast agent 120--150ml,flow rate 2.5--3ml/s. All scan time 24-35s. 1.All reconstructed images were reformed by means of MIP ,VR , SSD and VE. 2. Distinguish the result of MSCTA and DSA into classes separately acorrding to FICA standard and compare the MSCTA with DSA.. Results :1. 60 cases doubtfully with arteriosclerotic occlusive disease inartery of lower limb were demonstrated successfully with CTA.Compared by DSA sensitivity of VR,MIP,SSD were 81.2%,100%,100%, specificity 93.2%,97.4%,97.4% , accurate rate 91.1%,98.3%,98.3%.positive predictive value 84%,96%,96%,negative predictive value 91%,100%,100%.2. compared with DSA. Conclusion : 1. sensitivity and specificity of MIP AND SSD are higher. 2. MDCT is as valuable as DSA in the assessment of sclerosing and occlusive diseases of abdominal aorta and lower extremity arteries.3. MSCTA was valuable to demonstrate arteriosclerotic occlusive lesion in artery of lower limb and classify it as an accurate and non-invasive angiographic technique. |
