The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Aspiration On PCOS With CC Resistant And Oocyte In Vitro Maturation

Objective: To study the factors affected the reaction of patients with polycystic syndrome (PCOS) to clomiphene by estimating the difference of the clinical and endocrine characteristics of resistant and non-resistant group; To evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment of polycystic ovary aspiration on polycystic ovary syndrome by analyzing small follicle count and basal T,LH,FSH,LH/FSH tatio before and after the treatment; to evaluate the outcome of oocyte in vitro maturation in unstimulating cycles.Methods: Patients who were diagnosed as PCOS administered clomiphene citrate and were divided into resistant and non-resistant groups according to whether follicle with diameter>8mm could be found when stoping administration of CC for 1-7days . Before the CC treatment, serum samples were taken to measure LH,FSH,T,SHBG and calculate FAI.
