Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of 131I-labeled Granulocyte Macrophage Colony-stimulating Factor in SCID mouse-acute myeloid leukemia model , and the relationship between different dose and therapeutic efficacy.Method1. Establish SCID-mouse acute myeloid leukemia model by injecting HL-60 cells through tail vein. States of the disease were observed by flow cytometory and marrow chromosome examination , the process of establishing model were detected ,analyzed and appraised.2. Granulocyte Macrophage Colony-stimulating Factor(GM-CSF) was labeled with I131 by the chloramines-T method .3. Mouses randomly were divided into 6 groups . 28 days after implantation, groupsâ… ,â…¡andâ…¢(controlled groups) were given 0.025mci , 0.06mci and 0.1mci I131-GM-CSF , respectively. Groupâ…£was given I131 . Groupâ…¤was given blending of 131I and GM-CSF. Groupâ…¥was uncontrolled .
