Bisphenol-A , one of environmental estrogen,is a phenic devirate, which is applied widely as mycocide, dyestuff, producing machine instrument, medical equipment, food packing material and so on.It exists widely in environment. Many studies on environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals approved that BPA can combine with estradiol receptor simulating it, disrupt endocrine system and induce health damage effect. BPA has weaken estradiol functions. Now, there are few reports on the mechanism of BPA inducing the adverse effect on the reproductive developmental toxicity and function of F1 male SD rat .In this study we chose BPA as object, explore the effect of BPA on the development of reproductive system of F1 generation male rats in weaning period by tests in vivo and on the function of testis Sertoli cells of male SD rat and it's mechanism in vitro. The female rats were exposed to bisphenol-A from 0 day after preganacy to the weaning period at doses of 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg, respectively. The development of sexual organs and sex hormones levels of F1 generation male rats were determined. Immune histochemical analysis was also carried out to investigate the expression of Bax,Bc1-2, PCNA, ER, HSP70 and Vimentin of testis. It shows that after continuously treated with bisphenol-A, F0 generation female rats fed with 200 mg/kg bisphenol-A had a significantly higher serum PRL level at the end of weaning. A higher serum E2 level was also found in the female rats fed with 100 mg/kg and...
