Object:The 2.2.15 cell line was widely used as an experimental model in vitro to study the anti-HBV activity of Yigan Fuzheng Paidu Capsule on the secretion of HBsAg, HBeAg, HBV-DNA and NF-kB in the cultured 2.2.15 cell line in order to provide support for its clinic use, at the same time to investigate the role of NF-kB in HBV-infected immune mechanism.Method:1.
