The Correlation Of DNA Fingerprints Of Hedyotis Diffusa Willd. And Its Anti Tumour Activity In Vitro

Hedyotis Diffusa Willd. belongs to the Rubiaceae family, which was the dry or fresh herb of annual plant Hedyotis diffusa Willd.. Previous investigations resulted the main chemical components were anthraquinnone compound, triterpene compound, iridoid glycosides compound and sterin. Aiming at the distribution region of Hedyotis diffusa Willd. was wide and the quantity of spurious and confusal herb of which was a great deal while as the quality controll methods in force were backward, in this study, the herb were identified and the genetic distance was analysed from gene level by RAPD method and the determinative factor for genuine of Hedyotis diffusa Willd. was studied, the locality with fine effect was investigated through the pharmacological experiment in vitro and the primer for identifing the locality was selected , which should be helpful for further development and application. 1.
