Objective To study the expressions of Fas, FasL, Bax , Bcl-2 and P53 in thyroid tissue and to analyzis(Semi-quantitative analysis) the relation between change of apoptosis in thyroid tissues and clinical therapeutic effect after thyroid arterial embolisation to treat hyperthyroidism caused by Graves' disease through observed change of apoptosis and thyroid auto-antibody of patients of Graves' disease in 3 years after thyroid arterial embolization.Materials and Methods1. Forty patients of Graves' disease treated through transcathter arterial embolization had been observed through TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4, rT3, TSH, TGAb, TMAb, TRAb in their blood serum and color Doppler ultrasound respectively at different period (before arterial embolization and 7 day, 3month, 6 month, 1 year, 3 year after arterial embolization) .2. 29 patients were underwent needle aspiration biopsy of the thyroid gland.3, The patients were divided into three groups according to the amount of time elapsed after thyroid arterial embolization: pre-interventional-therapy (before thyroid arterial embolization) group, 1 year group (include...
