| Objective To explore whether the growth hormone receptor (GHR) is present in human colonic carcinoma, it is help to use reasoningly the rhGH in patients who underwent radical operation of colonic carcinoma. Methods The expression levels of GHR were measured by immunohistochemistry techniques(Envision) in the 45 specimens of colonic carcinoma tissue and normal tissue adjacent to the colonic carcinoma respectively. Results the GHR positive expression rate was higher obviously in the colonic carcinoma tissue (77.8%) than the normal colonic tissue (55.6%),there is a statistic significance in pathological staing(p<0.05),tumor differentiation level(p<0.05).Conclusions The over-expression of GHR in colonic carcinoma tissues is present ,the use of rhGH in patients who underwent radical operation need to combination with chemotherapy. |
