Objective:1. To find the changing laws of manifestations of tongue, tongue hemodynamics in patients with different heart function.2. To investigate the correlation between manifestations of tongue, lingualhemodynamics and heart function. Methods:1. 46 patients with DCM and 27 healthy people were included in this study. NYHA Grades, Echocardiography, lingual hemodynamics and manifestations of tongue were examinated and evaluated.2. Subjects were classified into different groups based on their clinical heart function such as the first group (heart function is normal, normal control) , the second group (NYHA class II ), the third group( NYHA class III), the fourth ( NYHA class IV), and according to their left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) such as group 1 (50% ≤ LVEF < 75%, normal control) , group 2 (40% ≤ LVEF < 50%) , group 3 (30 %≤ LVEF < 40%) , group 4 (LVEF < 30%).3.
