| [Background] The percutaneous coronary interventions has been used for more than 30 years, but the following problems make physicians confused. The in-stent restenosis (ISR) is a case in point. Although the procedure and the materials prepared for the stent have been improved, the realistic results are not satisfactory, which has something to do with the unsolvable disadvantages of the stent. For instance, stent can't load the enough drug, can't be biodegraded after the medicine released completely. So another better carrier helping to solve the above problems should be selected. Nanosphere technique as a new method for pharmaceutical pharmacy, is biocompatable and biodegradable in vivo, is easily absorbed by the cell, can load enough the targeted drug , control the release and can decrease the toxic and side effect as well.
