| Objective:The purpose of this study was to examine whether bifidobacteria have the treatmental effect oh experimental salmonellosis in mice or not.Method:Firstly, normal mice was given orally by SM(qd×2d), and the dysbacteriosis were caused in them ,and then they were given orally by STM,these mice were formed experimental salmonellosis models ,finally these salmonellosis models were treated by bifidobacterium ,and count respectively the cfu/g of STM number in the mice excrement during different time of therapy, detect the index numbers of liver and spleen respectively, detect content of TNF-a in blood and in spleen respectively. Apply statistical package of SPSS 12.0 to carry out data processing analysis.and adopt statistical method of Repeated Measures of General Linear Model ,One-way ANOVA of compare means,Chi square test,K Independent Sample Test of Nonparametric Test, ANOVA of Orthogonal Experiment. Result: The CFU of STM decreased gradually by the increasing day of the treatment, on Statistics, there were remarkable changes of the CFU of STM among model groups (P<0.01); group comparison, the most decreasing is the group of bifidobacteria, there were no changes of the index number of liver and the index number of spleen among model groups(P>0.05); The content of TNF-a in blood and spleen in model groups are higher than in normal group;there were no changes of content of TNF-a in blood among model groups(P>0.05); there were changes of content of TNF-a in spleen among model groups(P<0.05); group comparison, the group of bifidobacteria is higher... |
