| Objective: To analyse the curative effect and the influence of factors on the prognosis of non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Method:92 patients with NHL were retrospectively reviewed.By SPSS 14.0 , Kaplan-Meier was used for survival rate and Cox regression model for prognostic factors. Result: The 2-years survival rate for all patients 52.6%,and 5-years survival rate for all patients 23.7%. Multivariate analysis by Cox regression showed that Ann Arbor stage, B symptom, LDH, IPI and age were independent prognostic factors. As for international prognostic index(IPI), the 5-year CSS was 44% for 0—1 risk factor, 36% fOr 2 risk factor, 32% for 3 risk factors, 17% for 4 risk factor. From different therapy, the combined modality therapy and Chemotherap were better than orprated.Coclusion: The long-term survival of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients is closely related to multiple factors. The living time of these patients could be prolonged by the rational regulation on related factors. |
