Cooperation Of Chinese And Western Medicine Preventing And Treating Traumatic Cerebral Infarction Clinical Research

Objective: Observation of integrated treatment solutions combined by Western and Chinese medicine and clinical curative effect of traumatic Traumatic Cerebral Infarction prevention.Method: 60 traumatic patients are selected from The First affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of TCM during June 2004 to April 2006, and divide them into two groups, 30 patients in a group. Group one for comparison, Western routine treatment is used on them. Group two for treatment, integrated treatment solutions combined by Western and Chinese treatment is used, in another word, using Western routine treatment method along with Chinese treatment such as Chinese native medicine treatment, Chinese native medicine sausage treatment, Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, Central venous pressure monitor. Analyzing the advantage of integrated treatment solutions combined by Western and Chinese treatment from observing differences of the formation rate of Traumatic Cerebral Infarction, Glasgow (GCS), the clinical curative effect of the two groups. Datas are analyzed by SPSS10. 0 software packet, and using t inspection and x2 inspection.Results: During the treatment period, Traumatic Cerebral Infarction occurs in both two groups, the frequency of Traumatic Cerebral Infarction occurs is meaningless in the first three days (P>0. 05), it is meaningful between 7-14 days when using treatment (p<0.05), the group using integrated treatment solutions combined by Western and Chinese treatment has lower of Traumatic Cerebral Infarction than the other group. GCS of the two groups raises obviously after treatment, difference before and after treatment for the same group is very meaningful (P<0.01);By comparison of GCS after treatment of the two groups (p<0. 05), the raising extent of GCS of treatment group is higher than comparison group. The cure rate and efficiency rate of treatment group is 80. 00% and 96. 67%, while 43. 33% and 90. 00% for comparison group, the obviousis 80. 00% and 96. 67%, while 43. 33% and 90. 00% for comparison group, the obvious difference has the significance (p<0.05).Conclusion: Occurs of Traumatic Cerebral Infarction is obviously reduced by using integrated treatment solutions combined by Western and Chinese treatment on patients, it is very useful to prevent Traumatic Cerebral Infarction as well. The treatment solution is able to improve prognosis of the patients and also the cure rate;It is evident on treatment because it raises the GCS score, improves symptoms, reduces syndrome, enhances cure rate. In conclusion, integrated treatment solutions combined by Western and Chinese treatment has distinct advantages than Western routine treatment on Traumatic Cerebral Infarction.
