| Objective: After analyzing plenty of literature data of Stubborn jaundice, the authorinterprets the present status of Stubborn jaundice diagnosis and treatment on the following three aspects:tradition Chinese medicine,western medicine, Chinese and western unite. Based on comparing and analyzing the advantages and deficiencies on diagnosing and treating Stubborn jaundice with these three methods, the author concludes that diagnosis and treatment for Stubborn jaundice with Chinese and western unite is better than the way only by either tradition Chinese medicine or western medicine. Chinese and western unite can tatce effect complementarily and co-operatingly, increase the sensitivity of reduce side-effect, and reduce or slow down the occurrence of Stubborn jaundice and its chronic complication.There is no a unified way of threatment on Stubborn jaundice with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine. I want to find the way to that with this article, then Clinical prescription can be instructed accurately, and to make useful observation of TCM syndrome in quantity and objectively. Method: This research is based on the article about Stubborn jaundice from 1989. Compering all of them and find the best treatment on Stubborn jaundice. Results:Stubborn jaundice is a disease which is very difficult to therapy. We have to do a better research on it in lab and clinical, we should do something as below: 1, Hold the characteristics "Shi, Ye, Yu, Du" of Stubborn jaundice in clinical. 2, Combone of syndrome and TCM syndrome. 3, Combone of macroscopic TCM syndrome and microcosmic TCM syndrome. 4, Do a better research on it in lab and clinical.Conclusion: Stubborn jaundice is a disease which is very difficult to be therapyed .Many syndrome are related with patient's condition, pathology findings and other lad findings . Clinical relation factors are useful in diagnose using TCM differentiation and prediction' s accuracy rate. Thislead to better instruct in clinical prescription, and to make useful observation of TCM syndrome in quantity and objectively. |
