Objective: It was a point of view that gene mutation induced the tumor, which was exsited for a long time. But twenty years laters, we only found the altofrequent mutation of K-ras and p53 gene in many differents types of tumors. Resently, we had found more and more inactivation of genes are probably related with methylation. The methylation of DNA can suppress the anti-oncogene in malignancy hematologic disease, which is one of the mechanisms in malignancy hematologic disease and related with prognosis intimate. We know that the normal anti-oncogene can suppress cell proliferation, tumor genesis and transfer. It also participate cell adhesion, signal transducer and renovation of impaired DNA. If the anti-oncogene is mutation or absence, the function of cell will be weakened and inactivation, the cell will be duplicated repeatedly out of control, then it will induce tumor and transfer. Resent years, more and more anti-oncogenes are founded. SHP-1 tyrosine phosphatase, as a tumor suppressor gene, is a key negative regulator of haematopoiesis intracellular signaling. The decreasing and silence of SHP-1 plays important role in tumorigenesis. Formerly research had proved that the high methlation of...
