Objective: To study the antineoplastic activity,induce-cell apoptosis activity and its mechanisms of Chinese medicinal herb Anemone Raddeanin Regel Extracts (ARRE).To isolate and purify active componet and find out the active part and active componet. To produce the scientific evidence for developing and manufacturing new antitumor drugs.Methods: 1. The suppressive effect of ARRE on the proliferation of BGC-823,K562,TE-13,MCF-7,SMMC-7,Skov-3 and S180 tumor cells were investigated in vitro by using cell culture technique and MTT colorimetric method.2. ARRE was purified preliminary using stepwise analysis method. It was isolated and purified father by pole chromatogram and HLPC. The componets were identified by Thin Layer chromatogram and ESI-MS.3. The mouse modles bearing tumor were constructed by injecting subcutaneously S180 tumor cells . The mouse bearing tumor were treated with ARRE to observe the growth of tumor and the life span of the mice to evaluate its antitumor activity in vivo.4.
