The Effect Of Midazolam On Anterograde Amnesia And Stress Reaction In Patients Before The Epidural Anesthesia

Objective:This study is investigate the different dosage midazolam on the sedation,inhibit stress reaction,anterograde amnesia before epidural anesthesia.Method: 80 ASA physical status I~II adult patients scheduled for selective intervertebral disc surgery operation under epidural anesthesia were randomized into four groups, each group of 20 examples:group A,with 0.025mg/kg midazolam I.V;group B, with 0.05mg/kg midazolam I.V; group C,w ith 0.1 mg/kg midazolam I.V and group D, control group. No any other premedications were used to the central nervous system,autonomic nerve system and hemodynamics. The patients who haven't the auditory and the mental disease, is in good health with the normal heart,lunge,renal function ,and haven't the hypertension, diabetes, the chromaffin cell lump and other serious aches and so on. There is no apparent abnormality with the conventional chemical examination,the patients didn't use medication preoperative,afer entered the operating room,with the HP anesthetic machine continuous monitoring BP,MAP,HR,the ringers'solution dropped slowly.
