| Objective: The pelvic fracture is a high-energy injury; the incidence of pelvic fracture is lower in comparison with the fractures of extremities and spine. Although the technique has already made great progress in the medical treatment, the disablement rate and mortality is higher than non-pelvic frac-tures. The separation of symphysis pubis with more than 25 mm diastasis and instability of hematodynamics should been treated immed-iately with external fixation and stabilizing hema-todynamics for striving opportunity in the next step of emergency treatment. The pelvic external fixator in emergency treatment should be used, but there was not a uniform conclusion in fixing direction of pelvic external fixator. The purpose of this study was to provide theoretical basis on selecting optimal fixing direction of pelvic external fixator according to biomechanical comparison. Compared control group with treatment group, explored its therapeutic effect and the incidence of complication for new thought and method.Methods:1 The biomechanical study on pelvic external fixator for the treatment of open book pelvic fracture... |
