Chinese Forest Frog (Rana chensinensis) is an important economic frog and one of main medical animals in Northeast China. Currently, there are plenty of reports on the components and functions of Oviductus Ranae (OR), but the researches of the main nourishment components of Oviductus Ranae in several regions have been found little both here and abroad. On the basis of the comprehensive analyses of this study, the main nourishment components of Oviductus Ranaes that were produced in Xinglong (X), Wuyiling (W) and Yabuli (Y),. were detected and compared, thus it will provide the scientific basis for the selection of well species of Chinese forest frog and farther process of products in Heilongjiang. The results were reached as follows:1 The content of protein (CP) of OR from X , W and Y were all very high. The CP of OR fromY was higher than those (46.06%, 46.06%)of the other two regions by 0.73%.2 The OR samples contained the same kinds of amino acids. The content of amino acids of the OR from Y was the largest;Based on the criterion put forward by WHO/FAO, the relative content of essential amino acids and E/N (essential amino acids / non-essential amino acids) in OR of W were the highest (45.14% and 0.82).3 The same chemical components of fatty acids were found in the OR of X W and Y, however, the relative contents of unsaturated fatty acids of them were different apparently .The ORs of the three samples had large essential amino acids and they were 12.43 % 16.80%11.34 % respectively. EPA and DHA were found in the OR.4 The content of Zn of the OR from Y was the largest (136.8 mg/100g). The ratios of Zn/Cu of the three samples were less than those of terraneous angiosperm and the ratios of Zn /Cd of the three samples were 97.48 190, 79.53 respectively. The contents of Pb and Cd of the three samples all exceeded the national criterion, so the ORs of the three regions were not suitable to eat in the raw material.5 Three samples all had vitamin D and E. The content of vitamin D and E of the OR from Y was the highest. VA was only detected in the OR from W and the content was very little but VA was not found in the OR of X and Y.6 Four incretions were found in the OR of X, W and Y, they were E2 P T and T4 respectively. The contents of E2 and P of OR from W were higher than those of the other two samples, they were 116. 05 pg/g and 20.35 ng/g.The results of this study suggested that the Oviductus Ranae from the central region of Heilongjiang Province contained rich nourishment components. The components of the three samples had little differences, but the contents of them were various. The analysis results showed that the OR produced in the three regions were not suitable to eat in the raw presently. If the OR was utilized in medicine and became the raw material of the nourishment, it couldmake the different effect on medical treatment and restorative food. The development market of OR products will have vaster future.
