Effects Of Qdjn On Serum IL-10 And Anti Ds-DNA In SLE-LIKE Mouse

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is the Auto-immune disease with multi-system involvement.It is one of the difficult problems in medical field, and mortality is very high.Young women (12-40) suffer from this disease easily.Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is characterized by the presence of autoantibodies in the patient serum. As an autoimmune disease involving many systems in the body.SLE inevitably results in many effects and injuries in the liver, kidney, heart, blood,system.It is one of the common diseases difficult and there is still no therapy remarkably effective for it. Combination of western and traditional medicine dominated by the traditional Chinese herbal medicines and accompanied with western medicine is acknowledged as an effective one owing to its remarkable effectiveness.QDJN sums up view in longtime treatment practice.The prevention and treatment of SLE achievements have been reported in recent years.Objective:To observe QDJN has good therapy effect, adjusting cytokine levels,helping to reducing effect on the disease activity of SLE mice.Methods: We selected BALB/c female mice,with age of 8~10weeks, Do as WHO (WHO IMMUNOLOGY RESEARCH AND TRAINING CENTRE) Tito Cavalo, Francisco has reported method,i.p LPS 2.5mg/kg to repeat the SLE model.75 SLE mice were at random divided into 5 group.A group is acted as negative group;B is model group;C group is treated by QDJN;D group is treated with west medicine;E group is treated by combination of Western and traditional medicine.All groups were treated fifteen days.We examined the level of IL-10 and anti-ds-DNA change by ELISA method, and the effect of QDJN treating effects on liver,kidney.Result:IL-10 and ds-DNA level in A^ C> D> E groups were significantly lower than that in group B.The SLE mice injuries in the liver, kidney in group CDE decreased signifcantly compared with that of group B.In conclusion, our studies show firm evidence that QDJN can really treat SLE by decreasing the level of IL-10 and ds-DNA in SLE mice blood.QDJN can improve the injury of kidney and liver of SLE mice.
