| Purpose To study the correlation between the severity of pancreatitisand intra-abdominal pressure by animal experiment. To study the relationship between intra-abdominal pressure of patients with severe acute pancreatitis and severity of pancreatitis and the correlation between the Retroperitoneal thickness/Abdominal thickness on CT photo and the intra-abdominal pressure by observation of cases. Discuss the valuation of intra-abdominal pressure in the early diagnosis of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods The project was divided into two parts: an animal experimentand an observation of cases.Part 1 Animal experiment: 48 SD rats was divided randomly into 2groups: experiment group(severe acute pancreatitis group, n=30)and control group(sham operation group, n=16). Severe acute pancreatitis group was divided into 3 sub-groups: 6 hours group(n=10), 12 hours group(n=10), 24 hours group(n=10) according to the killed time. The control group divided into 3 sub-groups as the same way. Pancreatitis model was induced by retrograde injection into the biliopancreatic duct of sodium deoxycholate(5%), the sham operation group were only done exploratory laparotomy. Three sub-groups rats of each group were killed in 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after operation. Perform the intra-abdominal pressure measure before model building in experiment group and sham operation in control group, the second measure was made before rats killed. Samples were taken for measure of amylase, TNF-a, IL-6. Pancreatic tissue in duodenal mesentery was taken for pathology... |
