Objective: To analyze and summarize the clinical pathologic features, immunophenotype and Immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH) rearrangement of B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphomas(B-NHL) based on the new WHO classification of lymphoid neoplasms, and discuss their value in the clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of B-NHL.Methods: 125 cases of B-NHL were consecutively selected from archives of the Department of pathology in Shihezi University School of Medicine. The clinicopathology and Immunophenotype of 125 cases B-NHL were studied by morphologic observation and immunchistochemistry assay based on the new WHO classification. The IgH rearrangement was detected by nest-PCR in 108 cases of B-NHL.Results: The average age of 125 patients with B-NHL was 47.6 years (from 1.5 to 81 years),B-NHL were more common in males than females (2.4:l).Most of the B-NHL(60%) arised in the lymph nodes,50 cases involved in the extranodal location, including gastrointestine (25 cases) ,salivary glands(3 cases) and so on. 125 cases B-NHL were reclassified into 9 subtypes: 45 cases (36%) Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL), 40 cases (32%) follicular lymphoma(FL),22 cases(17.6%) extranodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT),5 cases (4%) mantle cell lymphoma(MCL),3 cases (2.4%) chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma(CLL/SLL),5 cases (4%) B-lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma(B-LBL), 3 case(2.4%) lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma(LPL),l case Burkitt lymphoma(BL),l case Plasma cell myeloma(PCM).Immunostaining showed that the expression of LCA and CD20 were positive in all of 125 cases, the positive rate of CD79a and CD43 is 84%(105/125) and 21%(26/125) ,respectively. No CD3 expression is detected in 125 cases of B-NHL. In 40 cases of FL, Bcl-6...
