Objectives To evaluate the prognostic factors of affecting intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, analize the living status, andto assess the value of transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization (TACE) after radical operation. Methods Clinical data from 1970. 1-2005.1 of 41 patients with cholangiocarcinoma were collected and summarized from cancer hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, whose clinical characteristics and prognostic factors were analyzed retrospectively. We analized host features, tumor factors and treatments to find out prognostic factors . We use Kaplan-Meier method to calculated survival rate and compare survival rate by log-rank test. The prognostic independent factors were determind by cox proportional hazards regression model. Results Among all the patients, there are 28 males and 13 females , the median age is 52.9 years old. , the positive rate of AFP and Liver cirrhosis were 9. 7% and 22. 0%. The positive rate of HBs-Ag,r-GT, GLT is 14.6%, 61.0% and 31.7% . There are 33 cases whose diameter is bigger than 5cm, while there...
