Purpose:Section one:To study the value of high concentration of acetic acid injection for the treatment of liver tumor, and explore the best concentration in acetic acid injection for liver tumor. Section two:To study whether the damage to renal function by high concentration- acetic acid is different from that by low concentration- acetic acid.Materials and Methods:Section one:45 New Zealand white rabbits, body weight 2.0~2.5kg,sex neglected, were build into VX2 liver tumor models by transplantation.40 rabbits were transplanted successfully and divided into four groups randomly. Each rabbit was cut the belly open and the liver tumors of A,B,C,D group were respectively injected with 50%,75%,100% acetic acid and physiologic saline (all mixed with a little of contrast medium). SCT was used to observe whether the tumor was covered by acetic acid. After 48 hours repeat an injection. After a week paunch the liver out and observe and compare the recurrence of tumors and the diminution of tumors'volume in each group. Then, cut some tumor tissue to make paraffin section(HE staining),and observe the necrosis extent of tumor tissue with microscope.Section two:15 normal New Zealand white rabbits, were randomly divided into three groups.Respectively inject 1ml 100% acetic acid,4ml 25% acetic acid and 4ml physiologic saline into the muscle of the rabbits'leg in group A,group B and group C. A moment before injection and 1day,2 day,3 day,5 day after injection,2ml blood was drawn out though ear edge-vein. Every blood sample was used to examine carnine value, which represent the rabbits'renal function. Results:Section one:(1)CT representation before injection and after injection:In plain scan, the tumors manifest slightly hypodensity or homodensity. In contrast scan, the tumors manifested apparently crico-enhancement in arterial period, but the enhancement decreased...
