The Liver Impact Injury (LII) is an occlusive injury always results from direct impact on the thorax and abdomen by passive violence. Its usual causes are traffic accident, falling down from a high place and strike with great force etc. Nowadays, the morbidity and mortality of LII induced by traffic accidents is increasing with the development of urbanization and modern communication and transportation.However, the LII usually complicated with injury of heart and lung,and the complicated injuries aggravate the traumatic condition further.Especially,after the LII complicated with lung and heart injury,the severe traumatic condition,traumatic reaction and obviously systemic pathophys- iologic changes caused to series of secondary lesion. Therefore ,this study mainly investigated the influence of PG change on body after LII complicated with lung and heart injury .At the present ,the clinical research of TXB2 and PGI2 mainly limited on heart,lung and cerebrovascular disease ,there is no reports on changes originated by LII complicated with lung and heart injury yet. TNFαis a important inflammatory mediators of extensive biological ,elevates IL- lβand IL-6 releases of other cytokines, mediates posttraumatic cytoinflam- ematory reaction ,eventually evokes organ and tissue damage .We survey and evaluate the TNFα,TXB2 and PGI2 level after LII complicated with lung and heart injury and its relevance in prognostic,to provide experimental data on clinical general remedy of LII complicated with lung and heart injury victims. The main outcomes and conclusion are:1,The model of the liver impact injury:(1)the model is simply to be operated , physics-paremete easy to be controlled,the impact location is accurate and the reliability is very good ;(2)the injury pathology,types,severity are similar to clinical patients;(3) Fracture of rib,heart and lung injury complicating with liver injury.2,Our data shows that in LII complicated with heart and lung injury victims the plasma TNF-αlevel significantly increased at 2h post-trauma (P<0.05) but no changes...
