Clinical Analysis Of 178 Cases Patients Of Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy

Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is a characteristic disease of obstetrics. Most of the symptoms disappear after delivery, but it affect the health of baby and mother badly. It is the most important reason which causes death of maternity and infant. During last two hundred years, many scholars take up with the studies with these diseases. The pathogenesis of this disease is unknown yet now. Recently with the development of molecular biology, the research of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy has the new production. At present, immunity mechanism, placental shallow implant, injury of maternal vascular endothelium, inheritance, absence of nutrition and insulin resistance are thought the important reasons. The incidence of this disease is about 9.4%. when mild pre-eclampsia the fetal's death rate is from 17.8‰ to 21.2‰.when severity pre-eclampsia it can achieve from 33.9‰ to 58.6‰. The death rate of pregnancy women is 4.69‰. Severity pre-eclampsia is badly affected fetals, it can behave premature delivery, fetal death, stillbirth and new baby suffocation. So, reinforcing grass roots women health care, lessening the happening of the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy are important. When this disease occurs, we should treat actively and prevent it change into severity pre-eclampsia which can bring permanent damage to pregnancy women.Objective:To survey the age of pregnancy women, the delivery time and the delivery mode of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and it's effects to mother and baby.Methods:Analyse the age, the delivery time,the delivery mode and the complication of mother and baby of 178 patients...
