The anti-cancer effects of non-nutritional ingredient in the food were more and more thought highly of now, especially the bean isoflavone which had benn paid most close attention to. The bean isoflavone is one of the most important non-nutritional ingredient in the bean, recently many studies have showed that the bean isoflavone posses many physiologic properties including anti-oxidation, anti-cancer, protection of heart and blood vessel system, prevention and cure of osteoporosis.
