Effect Of 5-fluorouracid And Oxaliplatin On Fas Ligand Gene Expression, Apoptosis Of Lymphocyte Induced By Human Colon Cancer Cells And Invasive Ability

Objective:To study the influence of 5-fluorouracid and oxaliplatin on Fas Ligand mRNA expression of human colon cancer cells line SW480 , apoptosis of lymphocyte induced by SW480 cell and invasive ability with cell culture.Methods:The inhibition concentration 50% (IC₅₀) of 5-fluorouracidand oxaliplatin were detected with MTT assay.Different concentrations(0.5IC₅₀, IC₅₀) of 5-fluorouracidand oxaliplatin were used in the cultured human colon cancer cells line SW480.The changes of Fas Ligand mRNA were detected by the reverse...
