The infection of Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) is one of the most popular infections, Helicobacter pylori is the principal cause of chronic active gastritis, peptic ulcer and a significant factor for gastric cancer. The current treatment for H.pylori infection is based on antibiotics together with a proton pump inhibitor or antacid, to some extent which has got good therapy effect. However, the eradication treatment has several disadvantages, such as adverse effects of antibiotics, emergence of antibiotics-resistance strains and high cost, especially on patients in developing countries where the prevalence of this infection is still high. So, vaccination is the only way to eradicate H.pylori infection all over the world, the study of vaccination is significant.A lot of studies have demonstrated UreB could acquire better immuneffectiveness, besides it has entered the second clicinal trial; Omp11 is one outer member protein, its DNA and amino acid sequence is highly conservative, and the experiments had showed that it could acquire better immuneffectiveness, So it is a better candidate...
