Background and objective Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a kind of severe clinical disease. CHF attack rate is very height and its hazardness to human health is very serious. It has important clinical meaning to evaluate CHF heart function exactly for clinical diagnose , patient's condition monitoring, therapeutic effect and prognosis evaluation. Scholar in foreign and native had made much endeavor for this. In long-terms, Scholars in foreign and native applied short axis parameters(such as LVEF,FS ,blood flow velocity E,A and E/A et al.) of heart function to estimate the whole heart function in patients with CHF. In nearly several years, with the research for myocardium motions deepen, scholars recognized that the longitudinal axis systolic motion of heart has important effect to the whole heart function. In present time the research of longitudinal axis systolic function in patient with CHF is becoming a hot research spot. At present time, Doppler tissue imaging (DTI) provides us a simple and valuable method for assessing the myocardial velocity. Tissue Doppler Imaging (TDI) was wide applied to evaluate longitudinal axis myocardium motions of heart. The quantitative tissue velocity imaging (QTVI) is a new DTI method and can analyze several segments of myocardium velocity along long-axis of...
