PartⅠObservation of ionic products of bioactive glass dissolution to the change of osteoblast morphology in cell cultureObjective To observe the change of osteoblast morphology during cell culture by adding ionic products of bioactive glass dissolution to culture fluid. In order to understand the growing effects of bioglass to osteoblast .Methods Bioglass crystal were dissolved to Dulbecco's modified eagle medium(DMEM) fluid and water-bathed in 37℃for 24 hours, the undissolved crystales were filterd, the change of four ionics concentration in Na,Ca,P,Si were determined. The full DMEM was prepared to be the control group culture fluid, the DMEM culture adding with ionic products of bioactive glass dissolution was prepared to be the experimental group culture fluid. The human osteoblasts which isolated from trabecular bone and mice osteoblast which isolated from cranial bone were cultured by the full DMEM, The osteoblast growth shapes were observed. The second filial generation osteoblastes were cultured by control group culture fluid and experimental group fluid respectively to observed the morphological difference in general of osteoblast in the process of growth in culture; the ultramicrostructural difference of osteoblast(rough endoplasic reticulums, ribosomes and chondrosomes) and the difference in growth curve(MTT chromatometry). Results The Si ionic concentration...
