With the scale of the organ transplant developing, the clinical liver transplants have been spread out gradually in many medical treatment central of our country, To study the function protection of donor liver and immune-tolerance , immunological rejection, and the surgical operation related complications in the liver transplantation, the establishment animal model has the very important meaning.Because of the uncertainty of the genotype of the big animal, and not easily acquirment pure line strain the big animal, it is the liver transplantation model of the rat that is contain important value on the immunology research of related problem in liver transplant. The orthotopic liver transplantation in rat have advantages,such as its economy, re-usable, large-scale developing, it have been pay much attention by the each organ transplants central at home and abroad.Since the Kamada, Miyata etc. adopted "cuff" techniqu to built up the animal model of rat orthotopic liver transplantation successfully, the replication of animal model have been the successive succeed in build in a few units at home and abroad. Howev er,because of the surgical operation processing complications and difficulty, the surgical operation method is adopted some improvements on orthotopic liver transplantation in rat, among them, the different method in anaesthesia from and acquirement donor produce different influence on orthotopic liver transplantation, according to the Kamada ,We take into the improvement and carry on it on method to built up the model orthotopic liver transplantation.Objective The purpose to build up and compare with the model orthotopic liver...
