Background: In heart surgery practice, we find that perfiisionists have to perfuse the heart every 30 minutes for preventing reperfusion injury. But surgeons want to prolong the interval between two myocardial perfusions as long as possible so that it can shorten our operating and myocardial ischemia time. We will feel satisfied if the interval between two myocardial perfusions can be prolonged and the risk of reperfusion injury can be controlled. At present, we have reviewed a lot of articles in which the APT-sensitive potassium channel openers (KatpCos) were reported to have a good myocardial protective effect, but all the studies were based on 30 minutes of the interval between two myocardial perfusions. If we prolong the interval between myocardial perfusions, can the protective effect of KatpCOs be kept unchanged? We add pinacidil(one of the KatpCos) to the traditional cardioplegia solution in study group. We also add Ligustrazine to the traditional cardioplegia solution as control, at the same time we add nothing to it in blank group. We detect the level of Cardiac specific troponin I(CTNI), Creatine phosphokinase(CPK), Creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme(CKMB) of the post-perfusion-cadioplegia solution at the same time, detect the Malondialdehyde content in the rats' heart cell, observe the ultrastructure of rats' heart tissue, our purpose is to compare the myocardial protective effect among three cardioplegia solutions, when the interval between two myocardial perfusions is gradually prolonged. Objective: To study the protective effect of APT-sensitive potassium channel opener (pinacidil) on long time ischemic myocardium . And to explore an effective way in...
