Association Study On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Types Of Syndrome Of Chronic Hepatitis B And Objective Detective Signs

Objective To investigate the correlation of the liver function, the serum lable of hepatitis B virus, the precore mutation and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) type of syndrome in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 183 patients were divided into five groups on the basis of classical differential diagnosis of traditional Chinese Medicine : dampness-heat accumulation, liver-depression and spleen asthenia, blood-stasis in collaterals, liver-kidney yin deficiency and spleen-kindey yan deficiency. Then the correlation of liver function, the serum lable of hepatitis B virus (HBeAg, HBVDNA, the precore mutation), B ultrasonic were analyzed among these five groups.Results â‘ The ALT and AST among dampness-heat accumulation group and liver -depression and spleen asthenia group were remarkable higher than the other three groups (P<0.05). The ALT/AST in blood-stasis in collaterals was 0.91. It had statistically significance in each group (P<0.05).â‘¡The TBIL and DBIL in dampness-heat accumulation were remarkable higher than the other four groups (P<0.05). The TBA in dampness-heat accumulation group and liver-depression and spleen asthenia group was remarkable higher than that of other three groups (P<0.05).
