| Ojective The aim of the present study was to examine the etiology and clinical manifestation of patients with drug-induced liver disease, and help the clinicians to use drugs more reasonably.Methods Seventy-one patients with drug-induced liver disease were examined drugs which had been used, clinical symptom and signs, laboratory test and therapeutic effect.Results It was suggested that the proportion of drugs which induced liver disease were traditional china medicine 23.9%(17/71),antituberc ulous22.5%(16/71), antibiotics18.3%(13/71), anti-tumor drugs 12. 7%(9/71). The dominating clinical manifestation were diverse and had no particularity. One patient was hepatitis gravis. The most types were cholestasis42.3%(30/71). The most patients were cured with good prognosis98.6%, one patient became cirrhosis.Conclusion (l)The most drugs which induced liver disease were traditional china medicine, autituberculous,antibiotics,anti-tumor drugs. (2)The most types were cholestasis. (3)The most patients were cured with good prognosis. The individual patients appeard hepatitis gravis and cirrhosis. |
