Retrograde filling is a special therapy when the root canals are obstruct and conventional root canal therapy can not be taken. We remove the alveolar bone near the apex of the sick tooth and retrograde fill the root canal. Retrograde filling is widely deploied for anterior teeth and bicuspid tooth. Accompanying the development of the new equipment and new technique, retrograde filling is free from the limitation of anatomy. Many scholars have paid much more attention to retrograde filling and have taken penetrating research to improve the curative effect of retrograde filling. The retrograde filling materials directly get in touch with the periapex tissue and tissue fluid can dissolve the materials' inherent component so that the component can influence the alveolar bone. On the whole, it is important to evaluating the cytotoxicity of the retrograde filling materials. The objective of retrograde filling is to seal the apex exactly so that the periapex tissue can separate from the bacteria. Only when...
