Objective: To detect the expression level of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, P27Kip1 and S-phase kinase associated protein 2, SKP2 in endometrial hyperplasia and endometrioid adenocarcinoma. The expression of SKP2 mRNA was examined by RT-PCR in paraffin embedded carcinoma tissue and normal endometrial tissue. And the experssion of SKP2 and P27Kip1 in the biological and clinical significance was discussed in endometrial hyperplasia and carcinoma. Aproach the relationship between the expression of SKP2 and P27Kip1, then try to analysis the relationship between deregulation of the cell cycle in the occurrence and development of endometrial tumors. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was performed in the 10 normal endometrial tissue and 43 endometrial hyperplasia and 34 endometrioid adenocarcinoma to evaluate the expression level of the SKP2 and P27Kip1 proteins.RT-PCR was performed in paraffin embedded normal endometrial tissue and endometrioid adenocarcinoma to detect mRNA expression of SKP2 gene. Result:1. RT-PCR analysis showed that SKP2 mRNA was overexpressed in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissue, and the expression rate of SKP2 protein was raised in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissue. The expression of SKP2 protein in normal endometrial gladular epithelium, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrioid...
