| Puffball is a popular Chinese medicine of mycetes. One thousand years ago, it had been used. Lost compounds from puffball exhibit interesting organoleptic, pharmacologiacal and other biological activities.In this paper one puffball Lasiosphaera fenzlii Reich. Collected in Hulan of Heilongjiang, China, were chemically investigated. Ten compounds and three polysaccharides were exhibited from Lasiosphaera fenzlii Reich. We estabilished the structures of six compounds. They were first isolation from Lasiosphaera fenzlii Reich., including three ergosterol derivatives , (22E, 24R)-ergosta-7, 22-dien-3 β -one(I), (22E,24R)-ergo sta-4, 6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one (II), 5 α ,8 α -epidioxy-(22E,24E)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3 β-oL (IV), a oleate derivative, 2,3-dihydroxypropyl oleate(VII), β - Stiosteroll(VIII) and D-allitol (X).We estabilished relative molecular mass of three polysaccharides PS-1 ,PS-2 and PS-3, and they were 1.07×10~4Dal, 1.1×10~4 Dal and 8700Dal. We also estabilished three polysaccharides that were composed with galactose.In our research , we studied the antitumor activity of compound I , II, VII, IX and three polysaccharides PS-1,PS-2 and PS-3 by Bel-7402 and C6. we find (22E, 24R)-ergosta-7, 22-dien-3 β -one( I ) and 2,3-dihydroxypropyl oleate high antitumor activity against Bel-7402 and C6. (22E,24R)-ergosta-4, 6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one (II) and compound IX have shown weak inhibiting activity in Bel-7402 and C6. The three polysaccharides PS-1,PS-2 and PS-3 haven't... |
