Objective: To investigate the urodynamic features of BPH with DM, the urodynamic effects of DM on BPH and the instructional significance of urodynamic study on treatments choices and therapeutic efficacy prognosis. Methods: 84 patients of BPH were divided into two groups, they all consistent with take-in criterion. 41 patients with DM were set as research group, the other 43 patients without DM as control group. The urodynamic results were analyzed and the correlated parameters were compared between the two groups. Results: 1. In research group, normal, increased and decreased bladder sensation took up 34.1% (14/41), 24.4% (10/41) and 41.5% (17/41) separately. Normal, high and low compliance bladder took up 65.9%(27/41), 19.5% (8/41) and 14.6% (6/41) separately. DI took up 43.9% (18/41). The MFR, FDV, MCC, Pdet.max, Pdet.Qmax and PRV were 7.03±3.35ml/s, 211.73±90.33ml, 419.46±185.80ml, 58.56±36.75cmH2O,58.62±30.81cmH2O and 148.32±136.06ml separately.2. In control group, normal, increased and decreased bladder sensation took up 55.8% (24/43), 30.2% (13/43) and 14.0% (6/43) separately. Normal, high and low compliance bladder took up 72.1% (31/43), 2.3% (1/43) and 25.6% (11/43) separately. DI took up 55.8% (24/43). The MFR, FDV, MCC, Pdet.max, Pdet.Qmax and PRV were 8.61±3.50ml/s, 154.30±54.87ml, 328.05±142.81ml, 95.38±35.37cmH2O, 84.57±31.60cmH2O and 85.70±76.92ml separately. |
