[Background and Objective]Coronary artery disease(CAD) has become worldwide common disease and seriously threatened human being's health. Since Doctor Gruentzig successfully applied the technique of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA) to the clinical treatment at first in September of 1977,CAD entered a new period of interventional treatment. Now percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) is important way to treat CAD patients and a main method of revascularization. However restenosis and complications after PCI were formidable clinic problems which limited this technique. Previous study demonstrated this management would injury the artery wall through wire , balloon and stent implantation, and induced activation of platelets and white cells and trigger acute inflammatory response ,it promote the neointimal and platelets aggregate, that plays a major role in the pathogenesis of complications after this procedure. Many cytokines took part in this pathogenesis, include IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α, MCP-1 and so on. Some studies have finded that CRP and sP-sel would elevate after PCI and related to worse clinical outcome. It is important to find specific markers to identify patients who underwent PCI at heightened risk of complications at ealy period. Recent work has demonstrated that CD40-CD40L signaling was critical in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. Ligand of CD40 on endothelial cells, monocytes, and vascular smooth muscle cells results in activation with adhesion molecule and tissue factor...
