Objective:To investigation the impossible role of nitric oxide in human pulp by comparing the different expression ability of odontoblast, fibroblast and endothelial cells in healthy pulp,hyperemic pulp and inflamed human dental pulp. Method:Collection and preparation of the pulp samples: Fifteen human third molars were extracted from subjects without systemical disease aged between 20 and 45yrs.
