The animal experimentation selects the adult series III minipig 2 heads,their skin and the fibroarelar fascia organizational structure is similar with the human body,each pig designs 16 BSAs.32BSAs were randomly invided into A, B and C groups.Group A including 12 BSAs was sustained with full-thickness burn,at 7 PBD,the burn wounds were resected to the fibroarelar fascia level in which autos fault skin was grafted, exogenous bFGF was consperged into the wound before grafting.
