Clinical Study On The Relation Of Alteration Of Tumor Markers Indication Levels Of Primary Carcinoma From Alimentary Canal With Its Dialectic Classification In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Through observing the alteration of tumor markers indication levels of primary carcinoma from alimentary canal, probe into the relation with dialectic classification in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: Detect levels of 12 tumor markers of 30 normal people and 96 patients of carcinoma from alimentary canal by C-12.Results:The indication levels of CA19-9,CEA,CA242,CA125,Ferritin among cacinoma patients were higher than that of normal(P<0.01). The CA19-9 levels of asthenia of qi and blood, deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang were significant higher than other two groups(P<0.01). The CEA levels increase progressively from qi stagnation and phlegm stasis, asthenia of qi and blood,deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang , stasis of evil blood.The CA125 and CA242 levels of asthenia of qi and blood, deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang were significant higher than other two groups,then decrease progressively from stasis of evil blood to qi stagnation and phlegm stasis.There were no differences of Ferritin levels among four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:CA19-9,CEA,CA242,CA125,Ferritin are not only the important index diagnosis of primary carcinoma from alimentary canal,but they have certain relations with the dialectical classification in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
