Clinical Observation Of Sitz Bath With Continence Chinese Herbal Fumigant On Patients With Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery

Objective: To observe the effect of sitz bath with continence Chinese herbal fumigant on patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods: 60 mixed hemorrhoid patients were divided into 2 groups at random :30 receiving sitz bath with continence Chinese herbal fumigant into experimental group and 30 receiving sitz bath with PP solution(1: 5000) into control group.Results: The reexisted significant differences in postoperative pain, crissaledem and heals of the cuts between the groups through x~2 test(P<0.01).The difference was significant in healing days of the 2 groups by t test (P<0.01). Conclusion Sitz bath with fumigant can speed up the heal of cuts after mixed hemorrhoid operation.shorten the treatment duration and prevent complications.
