Total bile acid and glyco bile acid are obviously high in liver cancer than those in normal tissues .Hydrophobic bile acid is the major part in the increased bile acid . Hydrophobic bile can induce apoptosis and cause toxic injury for some kinds of cells .But the mechanisms of hydrophobic biles in hepatocellular carcinoma are not clear .So it is important to research the mechanisms of hydrophobic biles in hepatocellular carcinoma.Aim: (1) To observe the effects of cell proliferation and apoptosis on hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC7721 cells treated by GDCA.(2) To explore its mechanisms in hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC7721 cells by GDCA.Method :(1) Effects of cell proliferation on hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC7721 cells were investigated by MTT assy.(2) DNA fragments were detected by gel electrophoresis .(3) Effects of cell cycle on hepatodcellular carcinoma SMMC7721 cells treated with GDCA were measured by FCM.(4) The apoptotic ratio of SMMC7721 cells was measured by FCM.(5) Effects of Bcl-2,Bax,P21,P27,cyclinD1,E2F1,c-myc,survivin mRNA expressions on hepatocellular SMMC7721 cells by...
