| The occurrence of foodborne disease is a considerable public health problem in both the developing and the developed countries. According to the statistics data of all countries which have surveillance systems, among outbreaks of foodborne diseases for which the etiology was determined, bacterial pathogens caused the most cases. The enter-pathogenic bacteria, such as Salmonella typhimurium, Vibrio parahaemolyticus(VP), enteropathogenic E.coli, Staphylococcus aureus(SA) and so on, which accounted for the outbreaks of food poisoning and sporadic cases. Especially the occurrence of food poisoning disease caused by EHEC O157 : H7 and V. cholera O139 in the few years. The foodborne disease should be pay close attention owing to the severity harm.At present, parasitological, immunological tests and molecular biology tests are main methods to diagonose food poisoning. The conventional culture method is reliable, but is time-consuming; ELIS A method can shorten the time of detection, but require laboratory infrastructure; PCR method has high specificity and sensitivity, but is costly and false positive facility. Immuno-colloidal gold (ICG)technique take colloidal gold particle as tracer. It showed that the specificity and sensitivity of the method are basically equal to ELISA. Furthermore, the new method is simple,... |
