Objective(1)To study the largest manipulative force of thumb by cervical rotated and localized manipulation, in order to provide a quantitative basis for the digital analysis of manipulation, and to provide a loading data of biomechanics for virtual cervical rotated and localized manipulation on computer. (2)To set up a three-dimensional and visible finite element system of cervical, providing a quantitative basis for visible study of manipulation. (3)Real-time measure displacement and distortion during rotated and localized manipulation, in order to study the mechanism of manipulation and explore the method of optimizing the manipulation, reduce the accident of manipulation. (4)To study the trait of intra-stress distribution, stress vector during rotated and localized manipulation, in order to analyze the mechanism, security and rationality of manipulation.Methods(1)The largest force of thumb to against the spinous process of the fourth cervical vertebra was tested and recorded with a pressure sensor testing system. (2)An intact fresh young man's cadaver was scanned by CT with 1mm interval through its cervical. Then, the BMP-format data of CT were inputted into computer. Extracted the outline matrix by MATLAB software and reconstructed a three dimensional finite element model in ANSYS system. (3)Loaded boundary condition in ANSYS system and analyzed intra-stress distribution, stress vector, displacement and distortion of cervical during rotated and localized manipulation. (4)Deleted other osseous structure...
