The chromatographic fingerprints of AIDI injection and four kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicines were developed by HPLC and GC method.A method for the HPLC fingerprints of AIDI injection by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detection at 203 nm is described. 18 peaks in the HPLC fingerprints of AIDI injection were separated using gradient HPLC. The column to beused was Zorbax SB-C18, 4.6mm×250mm, 5μm and the mobile phase was acetonitrile and water. The GC fingerprints of AIDI injection, which showed 24 peaks, was established by gas chromatography with programmed temperature from ten diflFerentbatches AIDI injection. A DB-1 capillary column(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)was used atthe temperature of 120°C. Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas at the flow rate of30ml/min. FID detector was employed for the detection. Total chemical data were obtained. The similarities were determined by cosine. The results of similarity analysiswere 0.90-1.00 and 0.85-1.00 in HPLC and GC fingerprints, respectively. With the methods of HPLC and GC four kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicines were analyzed by chromatographic fingerprints. 18 peaks in Panax ginseng CAMey, 11 paeks in Astragalus membranaceus Bge. Var.mongholicus Hsiao, 24 peaks in Acanthopanax senticosus Harms and 6 peaks in Mylabris phalerata Pallas were separated and chemical data were obtained. The similarity was determined by cosire. The results of...
