| Objective: To determine the feelings of pain, quality of life and the occurrence of relative symptoms in breast cancer patients, to analyze the correlationship between feelings of pain and quality of life, and to make an analysis of the influencing factors of quality of life. Methods: The Cross-sectional study was used. A face-to-face survey was administered to 200 breast cancer patients, using three scales: (1) Chinese Cancer Pain Assessment Tool; (2) Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale; (3) Standardized Quality-of-Life questionnaire: European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Core Quality-of-Life Questionnaire (Version 3).Statistical analysis: All data were put into the statistical software spss11.0. t-test was used to analyze the difference between score of quality-of-life and that of pain. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship among pain, age, cultural background, income, and quality of life. Stepwise regression analysis was conducted to analyze the influencing factors on the quality-of-life of breast cancer patients.
